Chef Nyoman as he is known to all his loyal diners, has been serving Catonese and Szechuan cuisine as well as the world famous dim sum baskets at Bali Dynasty Resort's Golden Lotus Chinese Restaurant since 1990.
Chef Nyoman, in his early years, trained under Master Chef, Chef Teng Shen Lee. a specialist in Catonese cuisine. When Chef Nyoman took over the Golden Lotus kitchen it came with some of the famous secret receipes that Chef Teng had shared with him over the years.
These famous receipes as well as some of Chef Nyoman own creations ensure diners are left wanting more.
