Special Quarterly Promotion: Pecking Duck

Golden Lotus Chinese Restaurant at Bali Dynasty Resort is proud to announce its latest quarterly promotion featuring the delectable Peking Duck. Available exclusively at this award-winning dining venue from January 1st to March 31st, 2023, food lovers can indulge in three different ways of enjoying this delicacy.

The Peking Duck is a traditional dish that has been enjoyed for centuries in China, particularly in the city of Beijing. The dish is made by roasting a whole duck until the skin is crispy and the meat is tender and juicy. The duck is then thinly sliced and served in three different ways: as a wrap, with a variety of sauces, and in a soup.

The first dish is the wrap, which is made by placing the sliced duck meat on a thin pancake, along with cucumber and spring onion. The pancake is then rolled up and eaten as a whole, providing a perfect balance of flavors and textures. The duck meat is succulent and tender, while the cucumber and spring onion add a refreshing crunch.

The second dish is the duck served with sauces. The duck is presented with three different sauces: black pepper sauce, black bean sauce, and dried chili sauce. The black pepper sauce is slightly spicy and provides a nice kick of heat, while the black bean sauce is slightly sweet and savory. The dried chili sauce is also spicy and adds a nice depth of flavor. The combination of these sauces with the duck meat creates a perfect balance of flavors and textures.
